I guess I never posted this doodle. I was reminded of a game I played on PS1 where one of the main characters had a tube top with a loose bottom like this (not really sure what it's called) and a slight breeze would expose everything. That game did things to me, so I decided maybe I'd try and draw something like that. Besides that I didn't have much of a plan, eheh. Might give out a free sketch if someone can figure out what game it was.
