Marta isn't exactly tech-savvy. Heck, her computer is practically ancient... and while Muffin isn't super knowledgable himself, he knows juuust enough that he ends up being Marta's go-to neighbor when her computer needs a little... cleanup.
And sometimes she can get ahead of herself in the process in attempt to help since Muffin can barely reach her keyboard and mouse at the same time, leaning forward a bit too much and giving Muffin a very hefty hat
