Taur Taxi Jess 2
A commission for Ragdoll4t9 Ragdoll4t9
Jess had a smile on her face as she trotted onto the campus grounds. Another job well done! She stopped her music and pulled off her noise canceling headphones.
“Alright, everyone, it’s time to depart! Thank you for using our service!”
The only response was a load groan from her belly.
Jess furrowed her brow. She lifted a forepaw and pressed it into her stomach.
It felt suspiciously round. And soft.
A rumble started in her gut, bubbling its way up her long esophagus until it exited her mouth as a loud, crass belch. She felt something wedged in her throat, and she reached in with one hand to pull it out, holding it up so she could get a look at it.
Held in her hand, shimmering with saliva and other fluids, was an acid-bleached mouse skull.
Jess felt her cheeks burn with embarrassment. She had forgotten to take the anti-digestive pills.
Again.
Her stomach gurgled.
Jess sighed, her shoulders drooping. Well, nothing to do for it now. She would have to head back to the dispatch center and figure out how to explain that she had lost another load of passengers. Her belly sloshing with every step, Jess headed back the way she came, though she stopped to drop the skull – and the bags and clothes of her former passengers – into a nearby waste bin.
At least she wouldn’t have to worry about dinner tonight.
